mea ame has selected PayU Payments Private Limited as its payment partners to ensure that your payments are made in complete confidence on the PayU’s secure payment portal.
When placing your order, you can select the following cards to pay with:

For international orders,  we have partnered with PayPal and you can pay through your paypal account while placing your orders for deliveries outside India.

Your order will be validated and shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed by our banking partner.

Shipping and delivery status

In order to guarantee you fast delivery and tracking, we have selected Ship rocket to handle all your order deliveries. Your order will receive the utmost care while being prepared in our warehouse located in the Delhi NCR. Orders placed for delivery within Indian territory will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours after its validation. If you are not present at the address mentioned  in the order , the delivery of the order will be tried twice before getting rejected.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back

If you are not satisfied with your product, we provide you with the option of cancelling your orders  within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. If you wish to cancel your Smoke Plan subscription, you can write us 15 days prior to the date of next order supply.

We will only accept products that haven’t been opened or used.  When returning, the products will have to be protected as they were during shipping. Any product returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, used or opened by the Customer will be considered unacceptable and not subject to refund, and will be shipped back at the Customer’s expense. The Customer will be notified by email or telephone that their return was unacceptable and provided with information on how to pay the shipping costs. 

Your orders

After validating your order on our website, you will receive an initial email confirming that your order has been processed; you will then receive an email notifying you when your parcel has left our warehouse, along with a link to the carrier's website so that you can track your parcel.

You can also monitor your order as it is being processed by going to the “My Orders” tab in your personal space at www.meaame.com.

You have the option of creating an mea ame customer account that will allow you to save your purchase and payment history, enter your postal address for faster ordering and enjoy extra benefits. To create your account, just click on the icon in the top right corner of the home page and enter your email address.

Your personal data is safe with us and mea ame secures your contact details and the same would not get transferred to any other website or portal.
